User Notifications Guide

The Notifications page allows you to manage your contact preferences and site notifications.

To access this page, click on the User menu in the top right corner and select Notifications from the menu.

This widget allows you to set your default method for receiving notifications.

  • Default Method: Select between SMS, Call, or Email as your primary contact method.
  • Edit: Click the “Edit” button to change your preference.
  • Save: Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

Manage your settings for SMS, Voice Calls, and Email notifications. Each channel allows you to:

  • Status: Enable or disable notifications for that method.
  • Verification: View your registered contact details (Mobile, Phone, or Email).
  • Test: Click the “Test” button to verify your configuration (e.g., “Send Test SMS”, “Test Voice Call”, or “Send Test Email”).

Search and filter through your site notifications.

  • Search: Use the search bar to find specific notifications.
  • Filter: Check “Show Only Subscribed Notifications” to filter the list.
  • Subscribe/Unsubscribe: Toggle subscriptions for individual contact groups to control which alerts you receive.
  • Delivery Methods: Customize the delivery method (SMS, Call, or Email) for each specific alarm to suit its priority.
