Reports

The Reports module in RICADO Gen 3 allows users to analyze historical data and trends for their sites. The main Reports page provides a centralized history of all previously generated reports.

The reports page can be accessed from the Reports item in the sidebar.

To generate a new site report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the New Site Report button.
  2. Select Site: Choose the specific site you wish to analyze from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Report: Pick the desired report template or data set.
  4. Define Date Range: Select the Start and Finish dates for the reporting period.
  5. Create: Click the Create button to generate the report.

Once generated, reports are displayed in a table format. This allows for quick review of the data directly within the platform.

For further analysis or record-keeping, you can export your generated reports into external formats:

  • Excel (.xlsx): Best for complex analysis and formatting.
  • CSV: Best for importing into other software or databases.

Use the respective Excel or CSV buttons located at the top of the report view to download your data.

In addition to dedicated reports, RICADO Gen 3 allows you to export data directly from visualization tools. Click the Download Icon in the bottom-right corner of any graph to export its underlying data points.
