Packhouse
The Packhouse app provides managers and stakeholders with deep insights into the efficiency and output of the entire facility. It aggregates data from the Bin Tip, Sizers, and Packing Lines into comprehensive reports.
Packrun Reporting
Section titled “Packrun Reporting”One of the primary functions of the Packhouse app is to generate detailed Packrun Reports that summarize key performance metrics:
- Class Type Breakdown: Visualizes the percentage split of Class 1, Class 2, Waste, and Undersize fruit.
- Sizer Performance: Detailed summaries of sizer trays, fruit counts, and fruit size profiles.
- Reject Analysis: Breakdown of reject bin weights to identify quality and recovery trends.
- Bin Reconciliation: Balances the Incoming Bin Tip weights against Packed Trays and Reject Weights to ensure all fruit is accounted for.
Operational Dashboards
Section titled “Operational Dashboards”- Throughput Monitoring: Track Fruit-Per-Minute (FPM) and Trays-Per-Hour (TPH) in real-time.
- Shift Performance: Compare current shift KPIs against targets or historical benchmarks.
- Downtime Tracking: Identify bottlenecks and causes of stoppages (e.g., lack of fruit, mechanical faults).
Integrations
Section titled “Integrations”- Radfords FreshPack/FreshCool: Seamlessly syncs grower and packrun data to ensure accurate inventory and traceability.
- Tomra / MAF: Ingests detailed batch data from sizers for granular analysis.
