Packing Line
The Packing Line app is the core interface for monitoring and controlling the packing process. It is accessed via local touchscreen or via a web app at packingline.ricado.co.nz, allowing operators to manage production and line settings in real-time.
App Features
Section titled “App Features”Weighing & Reject Management
Section titled “Weighing & Reject Management”- Reject Bin Scales: Monitor integrated floor scale weights for reject bins in real-time.
- Live Weighing: Start and stop live weighing events to attribute bin weights to the current Packrun.
- Source Tracking: Correlates scale weights with sizer data to balance line inputs and outputs.
Line Control & Automation
Section titled “Line Control & Automation”- Sizer Integration: View real-time data from Tomra, MAF Roda, and Reemoon including lane data and cup fill percentages.
- Throughput Monitoring: Track performance metrics across sorting tables, tray fillers (ATF), and box fillers (GBF).
