Reject Scales
Reject Bin Scales are integrated floor scales used to accurately track and attribute reject fruit (Waste, Undersize, Class 3, Soft sort, etc.) to specific Packruns. Each scale station is equipped with a local HMI showing the live scale value, a light tower for status indication, and either one or two control buttons depending on the site configuration.

Why did this happen?
Section titled “Why did this happen?”- Lost Connection: The system hasn’t heard from the scale for 15 seconds. Ensure the scale is powered on and the data cable is firmly plugged in.
- Unstable Weight: The scale couldn’t get a steady reading for 10 seconds. This usually happens if someone is leaning on the bin or moving it while the system is trying to record.
