What happens if a site loses connectivity?
Section titled “What happens if a site loses connectivity?”Edge devices buffer data locally and forward it when connectivity returns. Alarms queue locally where supported; otherwise the platform raises a communication alarm.
Can I add a new PLC or sensor that is not listed?
Section titled “Can I add a new PLC or sensor that is not listed?”If it speaks Modbus TCP/RTU or another supported protocol, it likely works. Provide the model and register map to support@ricado.co.nz for confirmation.
